Phase 1:
Design Development & Drawings
The design is developed through custom design boards, detailed drawings, material selections and visualizations. Our documentation is tailored to the scope of each project and provides the detail needed to clearly communicate the design to trades and installers. In-person sampling allows clients to touch, compare and approve custom upholstery fabrics, wallpaper textures, hardware metals, tiles and other finishes before selections are finalized, ensuring that the materials and finishes work together as intended.
